Podcast – Sandra Julian Barker, Murder and Forgiveness

Murder. What would it take for you to forgive a beloved family member for murdering your brother and precious sister-in-law? I pray I never have to face that question.

My guest Sandra Julian Barker did when she was sucked into this equation when her nephew murdered his parents. A solid family, whose foundation is Jesus, was forced to live out this most horrid reality.

Faced with this an insurmountable devastation Sandra stood on her foundation, Jesus. She was honest and transparent with God in her pain and struggle. What she discovered about God, murder and forgiveness was the beauty of His presence in every question and every night terror as well as His tender care for every piece of her shattered heart.
